In addition to our range of services, we develop our own product lines that support or supplement the stamping and packaging process.
The BAUER BondTest product family is a first product series. This is a test equipment for the production of baked and / or bonded test specimens for shear, roller peel, tensile, bending and torsion tests. BAUER BondTest is available in different configurations. The main areas of application are the
- Determination of baking or gluing parameters for the serial process
- Qualification of new baking or gluing materials
- Incoming goods inspection
- Check of materials stored above the processing date for usability
BAUER BondTest is available in 4 different but always expandable versions:
- BAUER BondTest - light
bonded samples
Parameters : time, pressure
- BAUER BondTest - light+
bonded samples + punching of sample lamellas
Parameters : time, pressure
- BAUER BondTest - pro
baked and bonded samples
Parameters : temperature, time, pressure
- BAUER BondTest - pro+
baked and bonded samples + punching of sample lamellas
Parameters : temperature, time, pressure
All design variants with the feature + contain a small punching tool as well as a tool frame with which the test specimens (sheet metal lamella 25mm x 100mm) can be produced. If no press is available, a hydraulic unit can be ordered optionally.
All design variants with the pro feature include a heating unit for heating the stacking tools and a cooling unit for cooling the tool frame.
